‘Petra-Gold Shoes 2’. Photographed by: Eddie Johnn. The most popular rendering I have on this site is a black and white photograph of Petra taken by Eddie, of which he titled 'Dominance'. It’s a classic example of an ‘Artistic Nude’, which is one of the categories in Deviant Art. So what is a artistic nude doing on a site that is devoted to ‘Combative Women’? Simply this: It’s the POV (Point Of View) that has become a classic. Eddie has this naked woman in what I call a ‘Tower Of Power’ stance, standing with her hands on her hips with a stance and attitude of just defeating an opponent and she is letting her know that she is the superior woman. I got Eddie’s permission to upload it on my site and re-titled it: ‘Naked Dominance’. The rest is history.
Later I asked Eddie if he had any color shots of Petra and he sent me this one which he titled ‘Petra-Gold Shoes 2’, which I’m not about to change as it is a perfect description. That prompted him to upload the same photo on his DA Site: ‘wandereringsoul’, and add the following in his ‘Artist’s Comments’ section: “Another variation on the gold shoes, as they were not too obvious in the first shot. Can you all see the shoes now?” Yeah, right. B-T-W, ‘Gold Shoes 1’ has already been uploaded on my Main DA Site earlier.
The following was included in the before mentioned uploaded ‘Naked Dominance’, but is apropos here: Okay, a good case has been made of presenting ‘Naked Dominance’ on a site featuring fighting women. Then why a photograph of a classic artistic nude? This thong picture is hardly aggressive nor domineering . In my arrogance I have tried to make this a prestige site, and in the doing have devoted an inordinate amount of time and money to achieving that goal. If I’ve succeeded, has already been conveyed to me by various viewers, and their opinions range all the way to both extremes. Perhaps I’ve achieved something in the middle. Anyway, over the years a number of horrific renderings have been featured here, and yet in contrast some of the most beautiful women on this planet have also been featured. Now to the point. This site is devoted to ‘Combative Women’ not artistic nudes. And yet, by various reasons, two of the most beautiful women imaginable, have been presented here – Visually uploaded onto my site. One is Petra, from England; the other is Dasha Pogodina from Russia. So for equality’s sake for these two equally stunning creatures, here is another image of Petra.
